FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS
  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after purchasing. We do not ship out on Sundays or holidays. 
  • Please double check the address you provide during shipment, as we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

 

U.S. ORDERS

  • Once shipped, orders will generally take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live. 
  • All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. 
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree Hon-ey Pot will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

  • USPS First Class International shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks depending on your local post office. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country. Shipment will also depend on how long your package is processed through customs.
  • All USPS First Class International packages will include a tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
  • Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. 
  • We do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur. 
  • Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you experience any problems during shipment please contact your local post office immediately. 
  • By making a purchase with us, you agree Hon-ey Pot will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.

RETURN POLICY 

We currently only accept returns for store credit, not refunds. Return items must be in original condition (no stains, rips, odors, etc.) to receive store credit. You must email us requesting a return within 14 days from the date your tracking number states your package was delivered.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
