What is your return and exchange policy?
We currently only accept returns for store credit, not refunds. Return items must be in original condition (no stains, rips, odors, etc.) to receive store credit. You must email us requesting a return within 14 days from the date your tracking number states your package was delivered. *All clearance/sale, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are final sale. How often do you restock?
This is different for every item. Since we do not manufacture our own clothing, restocking depends on the availability of our vendors. Unfortunately, a majority of our items will not get restocked and are only available at a first come first serve basis.
Do I have to pay for the shipping fees to return my item(s) or do you provide a shipping label?
Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels. The customer is responsible for paying ALL shipping fees including the fees to ship the exchange items.
I purchased my order a long time ago, but I just tried them on and I don't like how they fit.
We kindly advice that you open and try on your item(s) as soon as possible as we do not accept exchanges of any sort after the two week mark. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship domestically and internationally. Shop away!
Is overnight/express shipping available?
Unfortunately, overnight/express shipping is unavailable at the moment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday thru Saturday). International orders are processed between 1-5 business days. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time is between 1-6 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.
